Shipping policies

 

Custom Orders

• Custom-made pieces are crafted with care and precision. The standard production time is 2–3 weeks, unless otherwise notified.

• Any delays or changes to the timeline will be communicated promptly via email.

 

Shipping Policies

• Domestic Shipping:

All domestic shipments are sent with secure packaging and appropriate insurance. Return shipping fees for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

• International Shipping:

Items are shipped via First Class International Shipping, which can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

• No Extra Insurance: Standard international shipments are not insured. If you require faster shipping or insurance, please contact us at Ravidhaken@hknstudio.com prior to placing your order.

• Customs and Duty Fees: Please note that customs and duty fees are due upon delivery and vary by country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• No “Gift” Marking: We adhere to international shipping regulations and cannot mark items as “Gifts” on customs forms.

• Liability for Delivery:

Once an item’s tracking number indicates “Accepted” by Eco Post, Haken Studio is no longer liable for non-delivery or theft. We recommend selecting insured shipping for added security.

 

Returns and Exchanges

• Standard Orders:

• Returns:

In-stock merchandise is returnable within 10 days of delivery, provided it is in new, unused condition and includes all original packaging and materials.

• Exchanges for Store Credit:

Domestic purchases may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt for store credit.

• Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and materials.

• Customers may keep their personalized, handwritten postcard as a gift.

• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please notify us of your return and forward tracking information. Ensure return shipments are properly insured (we recommend using FedEx).

• Any exchanged or replacement merchandise will be shipped at no additional cost.

• Custom and International Orders:

• Custom Merchandise:

Custom pieces, including special orders, altered items, or engraved pieces, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• International Orders:

Due to logistical complexities, all international orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Conditions for Return/Exchange

• Jewelry must show no signs of wear, use, or alteration to qualify for a return or exchange.

• All exchanges will be thoroughly reviewed. Any item failing to meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.
